Rachael Elliott is an experienced research leader who helps to create industry and competitive advantage through the production and presentation of leading insight and intelligence. At present, Rachael leads the Business Continuity Institute's Thought Leadership team and is heavily involved in developing a programme designed to showcase world-class research in the practise of business continuity and resilience. Her other roles have included that of insight manager for the BCMS, associate director of London commercial property at CBRE UK and head of research for BDO LLP.
