In 1989, Andy Williams joined the Metropolitan Police Service in the role of a police officer before moving to the City of London Police (and duly serving in the same role) in 1993. Having then joined the ranks of the private security industry, Andy went on to assume the role of head of security for Nomura International plc in June 2009. Andy also serves as a Magistrate (Justice of the Peace) for His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service and is an Advisory Council member for the Global Cyber Academy. He’s the proud holder of a Level 5 award in Crisis Management and a Diploma in the subject of Cyber Security.
